well i'd say it is very creative in several ways. i like having an animal rather than humans in these types of pictures. i also like how the animal (i think it's a deer) is wearing clothes... i don't really see that too often. plus giving the deer "hands" was a very good i liked it a lot. blowing the hearts... AMAZING! pixel or not i still really liked it! making the out line purple made it look cool and filling the body in white made the picture a lot more simple not to much going on. (and that's a good thing)! so i guess i found nothing bad... i really loved this picture keep up the good work!
